Spaces in between

Standing still is an illusion, because even in moments when it seems that nothing is happening, change is taking place. Time, people and the environment are constantly in motion, even if we do not immediately perceive or reject these changes.

I therefore see lost places as in-between spaces.

A new purpose will come, at some point people will live, dine or dance in the former factories and workshops and until then they can be a nostalgic refuge or inspiring destination for us.
